the location proved convenient. it was a short distance to local attractions i wanted to visit. the staff ensured i had an really good check-in process, filled with kindness. the hotel has stylish design, and the cleanliness enhanced its appeal. the hotel provides convenient parking , a valuable amenity i used.

i did notice slight wear on carpets in some hallways. it was minor, but i still saw it.

The hotel staff were very helpful, especially with local directions. The cooked breakfast was enjoyable, and I thought it was freshly prepared. I also found the on-site parking convenient. It made arrivals and departures easy.

The room lacked soundproofing, and I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. The television did not work upon arrival. the reception wasn't always manned, and there were waiting times upon arrival. The welcome information said to contact them any time if there was an issue though it took a long time to get a response.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was good, it was a short walk to the city center for the Christmas markets. The house looked excellent from the outside and inside TOO. The breakfast included fresh, well-cooked food.

The parking fee seemed a little excessive, even after paying for the room upfront.

I noticed the bathroom area was a bit small. It felt slightly claustrophobic due to the limited space around the toilet. The emergency lighting in the bedroom was quite bright at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful (a real asset to the place). the location is convenient. I walked to the city center easily. i appreciated the provided dog bed. It showed consideration for my pet.

My room faced the car park. This was not ideal. the window only opened slightly. Fresh air was limited. i found the bar area noisy at times (late night poker session).
